About the Journal
Informatic Education Journal (IEJ) is a peer-reviewed academic journal published biannually (two issues per year) starting from Volume 1, Issue 1 (2026). The journal aims to disseminate high-quality empirical and theoretical research in the fields of Computer Science Education, Computational Thinking, and Educational Technology. IEJ publishes original studies that explore the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of informatics curricula and digital learning environments. Emphasis is placed on programming pedagogy, algorithmic thinking, software engineering education, and the role of information technology in shaping learner engagement, problem-solving skills, and learning outcomes in diverse educational contexts. The template manuscript can be downloaded Here.
Note: The journal also considers interdisciplinary studies integrating informatics with general STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) education, provided the primary focus remains on computational methodologies and digital literacy.
